PRIMERCreative is a Philadelphia based group of idea developers operating within the fields of architecture, urbanism, and art.
By experimenting in an open-forum we find ourselves engaging the field though an explicit process of cross collaboration. We originate from a philosophy that finds challenging tasks enlightening and are fascinated by seemingly unimportant explorations to become more than eccentric curiosities. In our projects we test the effects, like a form of alchemy, of the social, economical, and ecological ingredients. By mixing a common collection of elementary ingredients each project is a testbed for its own experiment. At PRIMERCreative we are devoted to investing in the realization of experiments. Imagine how we can all benefit from a process of participation sharing in a common concept of improvement and cleverness. Many of the projects will be unpopular. Some would cause you inconveniences. As developers with a passion for design appreciation, we choose work that provides us the freedom to change the surface of our cities, our walls, our spaces to better fit the way we want to live. This is our passion and we are eager to see where the journey takes us.
